Steps to create a new XP OEM CD. Handy if you’ve lost the vendor’s original CD, and you want to use the key that’s on the physical PC. Using a retail or MSDN CD won’t help, as your key won’t be accepted. Steps below:
1. Copy the full CD contents to your hard drive
2. Point nLite to your source as per above, and configure to your heart’s content.
3. Modify the ‘Pid’ number in the file "setupp.ini" to match the key you’re looking to use (note the double ‘P’ in the file name) . It resides in the I386 folder. See below for a list of PID keys.
I’ve read that the CD Label sometimes needs to match the version of Windows on the disc in order for the installation to work. See below also for a list of CD labels
4. Burn/Create ISO and install.

I am trying to create OEM CD for IPEX Computers (Australia). I don’t find the CDLABEL for that company.
I recently bought two IPEX PCs and bothhave COA sticker with Software key on them.

I haven’t looked at an IPEX PC for years, so I can’t help you out unfortunately. What i’d do is try the HP/Dell one. That’s the most common one on the list. At worst you’ll have a few coasters.
I have a IPEX Win XP Home OEM CD here in front of we and the details listed in the Setupp.ini file is as follows:

Funny that someone should comment on this post now. I was just reviewing it myself yesterday.
I came across a weird issue; if you’re trying to integrate XP SP3 into your XP CD manually or using NLite, don’t do it from a Vista machine. It will integrate successfully, but it will no longer accept your product key. The solution is to integrate the service pack while using a Windows XP machine.
